Lam is the unit's designated marksman.

Fung is the unit's spotter/secondary marksman.

Intelligence/Fire Support |

Officers Chang, Eng, & Jia are an
advance team; masters of electronic surveillance and
counter-surveillance.
Chang is responsible for gaining intelligence on a
subject; telephone and cellular phone taps, tracking devices, wiring
rooms for audio & video surveillance.
Chang is also adept in breaking into secure computer
networks and defeating high security alarm systems.
On missions that do not require his electronic
skills, he has an assaulter role.

Jia
is the team's strategist. She carries a laptop PC with various
classified software that enables her to crack into alarm systems,
voice & data lines, etc. The PC has encrypted links to the
HKP
databases so they have real time intel on whatever they need. |
